Most brand projects start with a logo. This one started with a question: how do you build three completely different brands for three completely different audiences — and make them feel like they belong to the same family?
Everland is a real estate umbrella brand spanning luxury custom home construction, a creative wealth conference, and a crowdsourced investment community. Same parent. Three distinct worlds. Three distinct crowds.
The existing brand had a solid logomark but no identity around it. My job was to build the system — starting with Everland itself, then cascading down into each sub-brand with its own visual language, audience, and purpose.
Everland is the flagship. Clean, modern, aspirational — designed to turn heads in the luxury market. The website, architectural visualization, booklets, and promo materials all live in that world.
Creative Wealth Conference speaks to an audience with ambition and some capital to deploy. The visual language is energetic and elevated — conference-forward, event-driven, designed to sell a room.
Dead Presidents Club is for the people just getting started. The name says everything — irreverent, street-smart, community-built. Social assets and Canva templates built for a Facebook group that runs itself. Merch that people actually want to wear.
Three expressions. One coherent architecture. All built from the ground up.
